None of the links on the download page for php.net or any of the mirrors work.  I deactivated my firewall and still could not access them.  I keep getting 404 error.

Works fine here. You surely did not test all of the files on all of the mirrors. Please give at least the URL of the download that didn\'t work for you.

Must be some mirror issue, it works fine for me.
