Bug #23828 Cant find suitable php_dbase.dll to this PHP version. Can anybody send me one?

After installing a php_dbase.ddl supplied by a friend o mine and uncommenting the related entry in the php.ini file received a message telling me that the versions of my ddl and my PHP (4.3.1) did not match! :-( Where can I get a suitable one (without having to install an older version of PHP)??
