It happens again to me. The output buffering for CLI programs is enabled again.

Here is my test.php file:

When I run this test.php file using cli\php.exe, it stops at:

After I press ENTER, the remaining output is printed to my console window. The correct behavior is all output is dumped to my console window and the program stops til I press ENTER  key.

The CLI programs work fine for me till I downloaded and installed php4-win32-STABLE-200305210430.zip from snaps.php.net.

My php.ini is put in my Windows fodler (c:\windows). It has note been modified much except 'include_path':
