I'm running v. 4.3.1 on IIS4. First of all it creates a ton of .tmp files that load up my box in 5 days. I look at my task manager and I have about 20 php.exe running. I'm sure the .tmp file and the yard full of php.exe have something to do with one-another. I need help and fast. Can't leave work until this is resolved. Please let me go home. :(

Downloaded the files and dropped them into existing dir. There are no instructs. What to do next?

Sure there are. There is install.txt file in the zip. The most important thing is to replace php4ts.dll and php.exe with the new files. If you're done that successfully PHP version reported by phpinfo() should be 4.3.2-RC3-dev

Did that. Still getting .tmp files loading into my winnt dir. Install instructs are the same as win install package. Please advise.

ok. Changing the php.exe and .dll file did nothing. Is there a solution to this? Is it suppose to write these php****.tmp files and if so how is it handled? If not I need a detailed message as to how to resolve this. I really want to make this work.

Trid to add php.exe and .dll file again and got a prompt for username & password. Any suggestions?

I rolled back to a older version and that stopped the .tmp files issue. Thank you so much for your prompt attention.
