PHP 4.3.1 (cgi-fcgi), Zend Engine v1.3.0 from php.net

Using COM functions and php_pgsql.dll extension via commandline, e.g. 'php -q something.php'.

COM function completes, but postgres function does not.

PHP caused an invalid page fault in
module PHP4TS.DLL at 0177:10030727.

Problem appears to be fixed in PHP 4.3.2-RC3-dev (cgi-fcgi) from http://snaps.php.net/win32/php4-win32-STABLE-latest.zip downloaded a few minutes ago.
