I've seen this bug with a previous version, not with this version however.

Freshly downloaded 4.3.1 zip version from php.net

Previously had v 4.1.1 running with apache 1.3.27 which ran fine.

However I removed v4.1.1 and installed v4.3.1 and I am now getting this error.

php.ini is I believe setup correctly.

Replacing the provided php4apache.dll with the same one from the v4.1.1 installation, it works perfectly, apart from the fact that it's running the wrong version!
