Bug #23294 Apache 2.0.45 PHP 4.3.x with sablot install Error

When i  installed the Apache 2.0.45 ,PHP 4.3.0, postgres ,and Sablot 0.98 on RedHat 8.0. 
fist i install the apache server. Then i start up it. find it's good.
next install postgres ,good.
then install expat1.95.2+Sablot 0.98, 
add /etc/ld.so.conf the /usr/local/lib
execute "ldconfig"
good.
finally i config php as follow

xxxx>LDFLAGS="-lstdc++" ./configure --prefix=/usr/local --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs --with-pgsql=/usr/local/pgsql --enable-track-vars --with-xml --enable-xslt --with-xslt-sablot

ok.
make and make install .
There are no error 
But when i want to restart apache. the apache show the error message as follow

Cannot load /usr/local/apache/modules/libphp4.so into server: /usr/local/lib/libsablot.so.0: undefined symbol: __gxx_personality_v0

what i need to do ?
the sound like include error,but how to solve the problem?
