The set_file_buffer() and stream_set_write_buffer (in 4.3.2 RC's and CVS) crashes Apache 1.3.27. This code, when executed in 4.3.1 and prior, does not crash Apache.

<?
$file = '/web/somefile';
$csv_buffer_size = 9192;
echo 'file exists ? '.file_exists($file);
echo '<br />';
$fp = fopen($file,'w') or die('Unable to access file: '.$file);
set_file_buffer($fp,$csv_buffer_size);
?>
