when I configure, I set --prefix=/usr/local/php4b2, but confdefs.h still has 
#define CONFIGURATION_FILE_PATH "/usr/local/lib"
and 
#define PHP_SAFE_MODE_EXEC_DIR "/usr/local/php/bin"
