They work just fine. Try another mirror..

tried the other mirrors before filing a bug report... just like the other people who posted bugs regarding same inability to download. When you have one person complaining it might be okay to dismiss them but when you've got three or four there is definitely a problem.

Maybe we should start sending screen shots of the error messages?

First question I would have asked if I were taking bug reports is what system are you using? what browser? To see if there is any commonality between users who are not getting in.

For the record, I was using XP running IE 6.0 and I tried 5 times on three sites. I finally had to resort to an older version from a disc I had on hand.

Well, as the bugreport said, you get a search page, stating the file's name is not found on the website. That does imply, that we have an error in our links.

I have also tried this with Mozilla and IE6, and I can get to the download dialogs normally. So the questions is what page does not display correctly for you. Can you get a mirror selection page (which should appear if you click on the one of the download links on php.net/downloads)?

Seems to be right as rain today.

The process yesterday was as follows:
Open IE 6 on XP. type www.php.net
from home page hit link at top called "downloads".
scroll down to windows binaries, hit link, get error message.

Maybe the problem was with IE? I've known this browser to fail to load things on sites I've built. Restart my machine and or the browser seems to solve the problem. Sorry, should have tried that yesterday.

Alternatively, for your own peace of mind maybe it's possible to check your logs to see any errors generated. It looked to me like the command to go to the next page was the original problem. Sorry I didn't get the whole message. I can tell you that the url in the location bar was not the same as today. Yesterday it was sprinkled with percent signs et al.

anyhoo, up now. Thanks!
