With the advent of the new namespace {} context, how bout a few new functions to suit them?

A few off the top of my head:
  - get_namespace_classes (Retrieves a list of all classes in a namespace)
  - get_namespace_methods (Gets a list of all methods in a namespace)
  - get_namespace_vars (You guessed it, gets all vars..)

Just simple things like that... it could come in handy. Just a thought.

FYI:

get_namespace_classes() already exists as:
get_declared_classes($namespace)

Unless the documentation is out of date, `get_declared_classes` does not accept a namespace parameter. Anyone know? Is there still interest in this?
