Bug #21963 Pear DB's autoPrepare fails DB_AUTOQUERY_UPDATEs
Submitted: 2003-01-30 10:40 UTC Modified: 2003-01-30 13:31 UTC

Status: Closed Package: PEAR related
PHP Version: 4.3.0 OS: Debian Linux 3.0
Private report: No CVE-ID: None

After getting autoPrepare finally to run I was greeted with sql query like "UPDATE table SET field=? WHERE UPDATE table SET field=?" after doublechecking the code I opened DB/common.php and there in buildManipSQL() on line 526 it said $sql .= " WHERE $sql"; when it obviously should've been $sql .= " WHERE $where";
Didn't find the bug reported although it must've been there over half a year and severely damages autoPrepare functionality.
