In the french windows chm file, the access to the "chmod" fonction in the "System file" menu (index fonction) return a "The page cannot be displayed" (since last year !!!!) :
the link is incorrect : file://H:\phpdoc\fr\function.chmod.html

As you see : the link is hard coded. So it's good for the documentation team (because the file is really on them hard drive H), but not for the end user !!!

Please, can you correct this error ?
