echo mktime(0,0,0,10,33,2002); // returns 1036206000
echo mktime(0,0,0,10,34,2002); // returns -1
echo mktime(0,0,0,10,35,2002); // returns 1036375200

bug or what?????

the correct return for 
echo mktime(0,0,0,10,34,2002);
and not -1 !
