This script crashes php:

$stan_sql= "SELECT * FROM check_rozkaz ($id_roz)";
$start = time()+15;
$licz=0;
while ($start >= $obecna_godz){
 $obecna_godz = time();
 $trans = ibase_trans (IBASE_NOWAIT,$polaczenie);
 $stan = ibase_query($trans , $stan_sql);
  while ($row = ibase_fetch_object ($stan))
  {
  $nazwa_tabeli = $row->AT_1;
  if ($nazwa_tabeli == "XT1")
   {$licz++;
    break 2;
   }
 }
ibase_commit($trans);

}

When I change Break to 1 or 3 it works but the script wait for the time loop to end. This function worked on linux without crash.

Please try using this CVS snapshot:

  http://snaps.php.net/php4-latest.tar.gz

For Windows:

  http://snaps.php.net/win32/php4-win32-latest.zip

Also, if the crash still happens with that snapshot,
then please provide a complete, short and self-contained sript which does't have any database functions in it. (unless of course the reason for the crash is in those)
