Indeed, when I try to use mail() function I have no reponse or void reponse. I have made a lot of script and I think that I must upgrade my php-4.2.0 to 4.2.3 but I see that doesn't work very well. Furthermore, it's the same stuff when I try to use ftp() function, I have the feeling that there are no networking functions who works on OpenBSD 3.2 (snapshot). And for fsockopen() that works but I can't access to my pop server on port 110. So I think you need to see that to signal it to OpenBSD. Thanks

What the reason here for is:
Apache is chrooted by OpenBSD and so you cant go /usr/sbin where sendmail is located.
