(sorry, my english isn't very good :( )

I found bug in QuickForm class.

example :

$form->addElement('link','linkname',null,'index.php','This is link',array('style'=>'font-size:20px'));

BUG : last argument is ignored becouse in onQuickFormEvent method (from HTML_QuickForm_element) is error:

switch ($event) {
case 'addElement':
case 'createElement':
$this->$className($arg[0], $arg[1], $arg[2], $arg[3]);

there is only 4 arguments passed, but constructor needs 5

function HTML_QuickForm_link($elementName=null, $elementLabel=null, $href=null, $text=null, $attributes=null)

I made this :

$this->$className($arg[0], $arg[1], $arg[2], $arg[3], $arg[4]);

and it works for me.
