I'm using Apache 2.0.40 and installed this CVS.

http://snaps.php.net/win32/php4-win32-latest.zip

PHP works, but doing a phpinfo() tell me that I'm using PHP Version 4.2.1.

You have an old version of php4ts.dll somewhere. Replace it with the one from the latest cvs snapshot.

Eureka! I had an old php4ts.dll sitting in my windows directory. Once I replaced that everything is working perfectly!

I've been struggling with this problem all week. Thanks!
