mirrors.php has link to non-existant README.mirror

mirroring.php has link to stats/README.stats, which is unavailable on all mirrors having stats enabled.

1. There was no link for README.mirror as I can see
2. stats links removed, OK I must have seen, that stats is an aliased dir on mirror with search enabled, so it should not work...
3. This was due to a CVS ignore file, but it should not cause such problems... BTW I deleted the problematic files from that ignore list, so it should work again. Though it's not the solution IMHO... Seems like these mirrors does not update from rsync, but from CVS, or something like this...

OK, you are right. I have corrected that link, it will show up, as a CVS update happens...
