I found str_rot13 rotates result string and its argument also...

Proof:

pipen@demon> php4 -q
<?php
$x = 'abcde';
$y = str_rot13( $x );
echo "$x\n$y\n";
?>

this is result:
nopqr
nopqr

and it should be:
abcde
nopqr

This bug has been fixed in CVS. You can grab a snapshot of the
CVS version at http://snaps.php.net/. In case this was a documentation 
problem, the fix will show up soon at http://www.php.net/manual/.
