Downloaded version of Win32 PHP 4.2.2 shows up as 4.2.1. This is on Win2000/Apache 1.3.26 and using php4ts.dll in the system32 directory (not cgi).

Remove all instances of php4ts.dll on yorur system, and then put the correct one in the correct place.
