My script calls the mail() function, using the 5th argument to pass options to the sendmail command-line, including the "-f" option to set the envelope sender. However, the latest version of PHP fails to pass extra arguments to the command line if there is a space anywhere.

For example, everything after the first space in the last argument of this mail() call is thrown away:

mail(
'',
$subject,
$message,
$headers . 'To: ' . join(',', $emails),
'-ODeliveryMode=queueonly -OQueueDirectory=/var/spool/bulkmail -fbounce@server.com'
);

Here is my configure line for PHP:

./configure --with-apache=../apache_1.3.26 --with-mysql --with-xml --with-session
