Timestamp for GTM & +3 zone equal, but h:m:s format have different value

Timestamp tells the number of seconds that have passed 
since January 1 1970 00:00:00 GMT. It obviously doesn't 
care about your time zone at all.

h:m:s format?  m != minutes
