My commands:
1.
/configure --with-mysql --with-apxs=/apachephp/bin/apxs

2.
make

step 1 works fine
But spet 2 says:
# make

This bug has been fixed in CVS. You can grab a snapshot of the
CVS version at http://snaps.php.net/. In case this was a documentation 
problem, the fix will show up soon at http://www.php.net/manual/.
In case this was a PHP.net website problem, the change will show
up on the PHP.net site and on the mirror sites.

Did you get a snapshot from http://snaps.php.net/ ?
Did you unpack it to a new directory and ran ./configure?
Did you change your configure line?
Does it work if you configure with the following line:
CC=gcc ./configure --rest-of-your-configure-line-goes-here

Yes, with CC=gcc ./configure it works now!

with the snapshot, you don't need 'CC=gcc'..
