When start on web server (IIS 3) of php script, containing line include("__script.php");, WinNT gives ERROR window:

"OleMainThreadWndName: php.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x10054363" referenced memory at "0x00000028". The memory could not be "read"."

Please help anyone.
