Session variables are not being updated. Variables are set 
the first time, but never updated. I have tried both of the 
following method with the same rusults.


session.save_handler      = files


session.save_handler      = users \ with custom handlers

I have the same code running under MacosX and all is fine. 
session_start();
...
session_register ("b2");
$b2 = $b2 +1;

$b2 always = 1

Note: This is a dual processor system.
