if you use phpinfo in a file called info.phtml on, say, http://127.0.0.1/ the links to "PHP 4.0 Credits" should look like

                       ^^^^^^^
but it looks like this:

http://127.0.0.1/?=PHPB8B5F2A0-3C92-11d3-A3A9-4C7B08C10000
