I configured PHP 4.2.0 with the options I used in PHP 4.1.2(my config.nice):
#! /bin/sh
#
# Created by configure

'./configure' \
'--with-mysql' \
'--with-apxs=/var/www/bin/apxs' \
'--with-iconv' \
'--with-gd' \
'--with-jpeg-dir=/usr/lib' \
'--with-png-dir=/usr/lib' \
'--with-zlib-dir=/usr/lib' \
'--enable-sockets' \
"$@"

after restart my apache and found that new version is working but can't parse QUERYSTRING. I viewd phpinfo() the field QUERYSTRING is empty.

And I changed back 4.1.2, it works ok.

thanks.

In PHP 4.2.0, the 'register_globals' setting default changed to
be off. See http://www.php.net/release_4_2_0.php for more info.
