I have a program written in C++ which gets the title of the WinAMP window and echos back to the command line this title then exits. Both system and exec fail to allow the program to find the window. PHP is installed as an apache module and the problem does NOT exist when i run the script via PHP.EXE. I cannot even get the program to write the window title to a file as it always claims the WinAMP window does not exist when ran from a php script [via apache]. This is reproducable and didn't work on 4.1.2 either.

This has nothing to do with PHP, it's a permissions problem in Windows.
Marking as Bogus.
