OK. Checked this in Moz 0.9.7/0.9.8 and Opera 6.0b1 on RedHat 7.2 and IE 6.0, Mozilla 0.9.8 and Opera 6.0 on Windows 2000.

Go to the homepage (in my case on the no mirror no.php.net)

Enter a function in the "search for" box (last one I tried mysql_num_rows).

Leave the "in the" box set to function list.

You get:

==========================================================

Sorry, but the function mysql_num_rows is not in the online manual. Perhaps you misspelled it, or it is a relatively new function that hasn't made it into the online documentation yet. The following are the 10 functions which seem to be closest in spelling to mysql_num_rows (really good matches are in bold). Perhaps you were looking for one of these:

fbsql_num_rows
msql_num_rows
msql_numrows
mssql_num_rows
mysql_num_fields
mysql_num_rows
ovrimos_num_rows
ifx_num_rows
ingres_num_rows
msql_num_fields
mysql_fetch_row
sybase_num_rows

==========================================================

Now - is it just me - or is mysql_num_rows actually in that list :-)

I get this for _any_ function I search for - if it exists I get a sorry - doesn't exist, then a list that includes the function searched for.

A bit odd.
