password input field shouldn't be text, should be 
password. Maybe this error is duplicate.

Is that really necessary?  Whether it's type='text' or type='password' only changes what the end user sees.  This is not a bug.

Hmm... imho it is a bug, password  fields are needed to show we know html ;) 
if i had phpweb karma i had fix that.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. You can grab a snapshot of the
CVS version at http://snaps.php.net/. In case this was a documentation 
problem, the fix will show up soon at http://www.php.net/manual/.
In case this was a PHP.net website problem, the change will show
up on the PHP.net site and on the mirror sites.
