There is IE6.0 with his wonderous cookies.
Maybe usefull to rewrite Header("Location: /") like redirects to contains PHPSESSID. (maybe only-if !isset($HTTP_COOKIE_VARS["PHPSESSID"])
and trans-sid enabled.
What do you think?

I think that all version on all OS are affected.

For such you need to pass the SID yourself in the code. Transparent SID is meant only for output html.
