I install sybase 11.0.0.3 in /opt/sybase
I want use php to connect to sybase and I use webmail based on php
So I compile php use ./configure --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs --with-sybase=/opt/sybase  --with-enable-track-vars --with-imap
but sybase_connect return -1
use ./configure --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs --with-sybase=/opt/sybase  --with-enable-track-vars 
It's OK
But I use ./configure --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs --with-sybase=/usr/local/freetds  --with-enable-track-vars --with-imap
It's OK
So I think --with-imap conflict with --with-sybase
I compiled php on Redhat 6.2 and 7.1 ,all have problems
