When installing PHP 4.0.6 on a system with IIS 3 and Proxy Server 2.0, the proxy server will stop functioning, and PHP does not run. I get server errors trying to open files with PHP code, and the proxy server stops forwarding requests to the net. Specifically, the proxy server begins treating all web URL requests as requests to FTP files from the local machine, which don't exist. I have been able to install PHP on another box without Proxy server, but can not get the two to work together. I am using the ISAPI interface for PHP. I am able to install the proxy server by itself also and it works fine. I have tried both manual setups and the installation program to isntall PHP. Could there be a DLL or IIS conflict between the two?

Any ideas?

Thank you for taking the time to report a problem with PHP.
Unfortunately your version of PHP is too old -- the problem
might already be fixed. Please download a new PHP
version from http://www.php.net/downloads.php

If you are able to reproduce the bug with one of the latest
versions of PHP, please change the PHP version on this bug report
to the version you tested and change the status back to "Open".
Again, thank you for your continued support of PHP.
