When compiling PHP project with VC++ 5.0, S_ISREG() in fopen-wrappers.c is not defined.  There are defines for S_ISREG (and S_ISDIR and S_ISLNK) in filestat.c but it would seem they should be moved to a header file that is included in fopen-wrappers.c and filestat.c.

I fixed it the easy way, just adding the same define as in filestat.c,
as it is the smallest cleanest way. It's not a big deal, and an extra include
for a small define that is merely a shorthand makes it only complicated.
