a connection problem at home (page refreshing too slowly)
made me click three times on "add a note" on the page "imagecreatefromjpeg" of the function list ...

My provider has old versions of PHP and GD ...does someone knows a free good provider with PHP+SQL+GD ???

Just an idea: is't it possible to have some kind of flood-protection? No second submission from same IP in 5 or 10 minutes and/or same page?

It also prevents this kind of accidental floods.

By the way: the submission doesn't comply to the manual-errate rules (no questions)
