 I am using the latest stable release of phptriad. When I load it, PHP causes an invalid page fault in module PHP4TS.DLL...I reinstalled everything, copied the dlls in the /system folder, but the same error keeps coming up.
Any idea on what might cause that?

Reinstall. You have most likely some older version
of some libs in your system that causes this.
