I can't make the package with pgsql support.  I am running PG 7.1.1.  I have tried passing -with-pgsql, -with-pgsql=shared, -with-pgsql=/usr/local/pgsql etc; but no luck.

This is the error:

This is fixed in PHP 4.0.6R. Please try the 
latest release candidate from:

Note: I just fixed another bug in pgsql, here is the patch:
(This is not in the php 4.0.6RC2 package.)
