there are lots of warnings and errors with the includes files from apache 1.3.4, in fact I have to modify the include path because php don't find the include files from apache 1.3.4
(I don't know if it's an apache's bug or a php one)

Not much info here.  But I did fix a bunch of apxs-related stuff.  try current CVS or wait for 3.0.7 and resubmit a
more detailed report if the problem persists.
