and occurr the same problem.
The message is "Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\php\extensions\php_oracle.dll'
but the file is there!!

many PHP extensions require external libraries. php_oracle.dll is among these. you need to install an Oracle client.

if this is not the case (you have the oracle client libs properly installed), reopen this report.
