This is NOT a bug report but a request report on Informix features.

Currently, PHP4 can use Informix native drive to connect to localhost database,
What about remote host?

For example:
There are 2 mechines, hostname are FOO1 and FOO2.
Both of them have Informix Database running (Not mirroring, clustering nor replicating, there are different database).

PHP4 (--with-informix) is installed in FOO1, of course it can access local database in FOO1.

Can PHP4 in FOO1 access the database in FOO2?
How do get the connection for the 2 host?
