I noticed that the latest PHP 8.0 (and PHP 8.1 RC) releases for Windows do not include the extension file php_oci8_12c.dll anymore. The last version this DLL was bundled with was 8.0.7. However, there is still a reference to the extension in php.ini.

Is this done on purpose or is something wrong with the build process?
