When I try `pecl install swoole`, I got v4.3.6


Expected result:

Can you try again ? What is the version proposed for installation ?

Yes, known issue: PECL fully supports only "linear" release
cycles, not multiple concurrently supported branches.  However,
this bug tracker is about the PECL website (and individual PECL
packages), and even though the "Latest tarball" link is affected
by this, this issue needs to be filed against pear[1], of which
pecl is merely an alias.
