Description:
------------
The php.net site got mirrors now simplified [1]. The redirection to the canonical URL is not working at the moment.

Thanks.

Test script:
---------------
curl -IL http://php.net

Expected result:
----------------
probably the end canonical URL. One. Probably something like https://www.php.net (if this is the canonical URL). Otherwise the https://php.net and the redirection from www.php.net to php.net should be done.

A permanent redirect (301) from <https://php.net> to
<https://www.php.net> is apparently in place now.
