Description:
------------
For WAY too many YEARS now, the documentation of many methods of many reflection classes contains this notice:

"Warning This function is currently not documented; only its argument list is available."

This is completely unacceptable. Bug #41574 is 11 years old, it has seen no activity other than a reply from someone @php.net to the effect of "we are working on it" (which turned out to be a LIE), and has been closed as "not a bug". I am creating this report on the technicality that #41574 refers specifically to the \Reflector class while the issue also pertains to many other reflection classes.

I'm not the most versed person with the Reflection API.
However, if you have any knowledge you can always document the functions/classes
using the online PHP documentation editor at https://edit.php.net and submit a (or multiple) patches.

To my knowledge, the online editor is no longer accessible without
php.net account, but PRs[1] are welcome!
