Subscription requests to internals-subscribe@lists.php.net bounce due to the connection timing out:

This is the message I get in the bounce message:

The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect. [pair1.php.net. 76.75.200.58: timed out] 

It also appears that no new traffic has appeared on php-internals since August 13; this could be due to no one posting, or it could be because the mail server is not working.
