FYI, https://us2.php.net/manual/en/ seems to work. This may just be a problem with us1.php.net.

I can verify that us1 seems to operate poorly, maybe Daniel knows why

I disabled us1 in the mirror admin interface on master, this should hopefully weed out some of these issues until the mirror is re-instated, leaving it again to Dan
