Description:
------------
When searching the website for HttpRequest, nothing is found, when searching the full website for HttpRequest unrelevant pages is found:
http://nl1.php.net/results.php?q=httprequest&l=en&p=all

The first article is about something like Http_Request on Pear and the second is to the Serbian (SR) language page for HttpRequest aka: http://us2.php.net/manual/sr/class.httprequest.php

I'm unable to switch to the english (en) version of the HTTP request page, its not found.

When searching (simple search) for things like pdo or ftp, you would end up on the book page, like this: http://us2.php.net/manual/en/book.ftp.php
But the english site does not list HttpRequest, for some reason the Serbian site does.

pecl_http's home is <http://pecl.php.net/package/pecl_http> and links to <https://mdref.m6w6.name/http> for the documentation.

Documentation for pecl_http-v1 has been removed to avoid confusion, because it was outdated and the extension version as well as all supported PHP versions had reached end of life.

Please upgrade to pecl_http-v2 for PHP-5.x or pecl_http-v3 for PHP-7.x and refer to https://mdref.m6w6.name/http

Thank you.

Should the other language sites then not be updated to reflect this change?
In order to avoid confusion.

It would be nice if there was some information about the pecl_http installation, configuration and usage on the php.net site.

Since searching for http request on google still brings up a decent amount of talks about HttpRequest, then an article about its outdated state would be nice to have on php.net.

ACK. Usually, that is done by the respective translation teams,
though.

@mike Wouldn't it be good to have a single page in the PHP manual
linking to <https://mdref.m6w6.name/http>? That doesn't need much
maintainance, but would be helpful for existing bookmarks.
