Anatol.. could you look at this? Or maybe update the instructions if there is another way?

Hi Hannes, the link on that page is http://windows.php.net/download/ . But when I click on some debug pack download link there, it's actually available (at the time of writing). All those links lead to this location http://windows.php.net/downloads/releases/ . But as the download is available, I think that was some temporary issue. Could you please confirm that?

Ah, now i see where it's wrong. It's the next section "Generating backtrace, without compiler, on Win32", the worky link is right on the top in the first section. Will fix that.

I didn't even read the "with compiler" section.. I guess now that I read it I should have realized its the same debug pack download :)

Now the next hurdle is the "Debug Diagnostic tools" link links to v1.1 which seems no longer available.. is the 2.0 (seems to be the latest version) version "compatible with the description"?

DebugDiag 2.0 looks compatible with the screenshots already on that page, just tried it. I've filed a PR with the link corrections, can't push directly. So some when it'll land there )
