Description:
------------
Attempting to set HttpResponse::setCache(true); or setGzip(true); results in a PHP crash on Mac OS X.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php
$xmlstr = '<?xml version="1.0"?>
<!DOCTYPE cross-domain-policy SYSTEM "http://www.macromedia.com/xml/dtds/cross-domain-policy.dtd">
<cross-domain-policy>
   <allow-access-from domain="*.google.com"/>
</cross-domain-policy>';

HttpResponse::setCache(true);
HttpResponse::setGzip(true);
HttpResponse::setContentType('application/xml');
HttpResponse::setData($xmlstr);
HttpResponse::send();

Expected result:
----------------
The contents of $xmlstr in the body, and an eTag header in the response.

Actual result:
--------------
clay$ curl -i http://dev/crossdomain.php

I assume this happens with any prioir version too.

Placing '#undef bool' in php_http_std_defs.h should fix this until I really stripped all those macros out.

Thanks.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PECL better.
